No problem. Just head over to the store where you purchased the app, make sure you sign in with the same account from which your original purchase was made, and download the app again.
Certainly not! You just need to be online to download or update our apps. Once installed (or updated), you can turn off your Internet connection, making our apps ideal for holidays, road trips and locations where there is no Internet access.
No, absolutely not! We believe that safety should be of utmost importance which is why we don’t have any third party advertising of any kind in any of our products.
We spend lots and lots and lots of time, effort and love bringing you quality apps that your children deserve. We have to charge a very small amount to allow us to continue making more fabulous apps and to help pay the amazing people who work so hard creating them. They’re doing a simply wonderful job and we certainly hope you find it worth the money!
Our apps are available on the App Store and Google Play and some are available on Amazon. Please check these stores directly to find out about compatibility with your device.
This is very rare, but no need to worry, in nearly all cases it is likely to do with one the following:
- Please check to make sure that you have not mistakenly disabled the sound in the Settings/Preferences part of the app. This will normally be found in the Parents’ section of the app which will be behind the parental gate.
- Please adjust your device’s volume by using the physical or on-screen volume buttons or sliders.
- If you still cannot hear any audio then you device may be in muted mode. In certain situations you may still hear audio in some other apps and not ours when in muted mode. Please check how to exit muted mode on your particular device. This is generally achieved with a physical button on the side of the device or using an on-screen button.
